Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. She specializes in Play Therapy and is supervised by Julie Thigpen, MA, LPC-S, RPT-S. Jennifer has experience working with children for over 15 years. In addition, she has worked as a School Counselor, a Reading Intervention Teacher, and a General Education Teacher. 

Jennifer would love to help you and your child on your therapeutic journey. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients and assisting her clients and their families in healing throughout this journey. Jennifer worked with children and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. She is passionate about developing the whole child and finding balance through play and expression in a therapeutic setting. 

Jennifer was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and has resided in Corpus Christi for the last 5 years. She is married and has 3 sons, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, practicing pilates, and spending time with friends, family, & fur babies. Jennifer is currently accepting new clients.
