Cami Guerrero, MS, LPC-Associate

Cami is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate, currently accepting new clients at a reduced/discounted rate under the guidance of Board Approved Supervisor Julie Thigpen, MA, LPC-S, RPT-S. Cami’s family is new to the area, but are already falling in love with South Texas. She has worked in education for over 10 years as a School Counselor and Music Teacher and enjoys interacting, playing, listening, and speaking with children and adolescents. She and her husband have 2 sons, David age 8, and Daniel age 5; and a dog named Biscuit.

As a Counselor, Cami strives to foster and create a safe environment where individuals feel unconditional positive regard and can experience true freedom. She has a heart for those with neurodivergence and have experience working alongside individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Issues, Grief, Foster Care, Bipolar, ADHD, and Autism. Cami enjoys using play-based and creative arts therapies. In her free time, Cami enjoys singing, playing video games, shopping, listening to audiobooks, being in nature, watching cartoons, and sipping coffee.
