Brittany Holden, MS, LPC-Associate, NCC
Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate in the state of Texas and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) under the supervision of Elizabeth Barrientes, MS, LPC-S, Registered Play Therapist. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Texas State University, and a Master’s Degree in Professional School Counseling from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. Brittany uses therapeutic modalities such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in her work with children and adolescents. Brittany has experience as a General Education teacher and a School Counselor as well as experience working with individuals in an Intensive Outpatient treatment setting.
Brittany has a passion for working with children and would love to help you and your child in your therapeutic journey. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with her clients and providing a safe space for them to explore their emotions. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, abuse, and learning disabilities.
Brittany was born and raised in Corpus Christi and has an energetic fur baby named Finn. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing with her dog, and being a tourist in her town. Brittany is accepting new clients and looks forward to supporting you in your therapeutic journey!
