One of the founding purposes for establishing Distinctive Counseling & Consulting, PLLC was to create a training ground for future counselors in the Coastal Bend. 

In just under three years, we have been part of the journey of several associate-level counselors who have achieved full licensure and are actively practicing in private practice settings right here in our own backyard. This not only increases access to mental health care but it actively expands the unique experience of learning how to operate in a private practice mental health setting.
